DayZ 1.30 lets you rebuild the ruined houses, the brick well and the irrigation tunnel of Nasdara. Pick a building, choose what to build in every slot and see the material you need, what clearing the rubble gives back, which tools work and in which order the parts can be built. Every value comes from the building configs of the game.
Game data DayZ 1.30 · 23 rebuildable buildings
Land_House_2M1_Dam2 · 83 on Nasdara · Slots: 15 · Parts to choose from: 37
A quick plan only picks parts that can be built together. A wall carries either a door frame or a window frame, so one window or door may stay empty.
All 23 rebuildable buildings of Nasdara with every wall, door, window, roof and ladder slot.
Material, rubble yield, tools and locks counted the way the game does it.
Build order that respects frames, floors and the supporting walls the roof needs.
Ruined houses on Nasdara start full of rubble. Clearing it with a shovel, field shovel, farming hoe, pickaxe or ice axe drops planks, logs, nails and bricks you can use right away. Intact houses have no rubble: there you only add doors and windows.
Every wall slot takes one wall: plain, with a door frame or with a window frame, in wood or brick. A door needs a wall with a door frame, a window a wall with a window frame. Wood is nailed with a hammer, hatchet or meat tenderizer, brick needs a brick trowel and mortar.
The roof only goes up when enough walls carry it, and upper floors need the roof below. Doors can be wood, metal or a brick barricade, and wooden and metal doors take a combination lock or the new digital code lock.
Clear the rubble with a digging tool, put the material into the material box of the house and build the walls, then the roof, then doors and windows. The calculator shows the material for every step and the order that works.
Bricks spawn as loot, come out of the rubble and can be taken from brick piles that hold 252 bricks each. Mortar mix is loot too and is mixed with 1 liter of water from a container, at a water source or at a well. One bag gives one unit of mortar.
The roof needs supporting walls. Every finished wall adds support, and the roof only becomes buildable once enough walls stand. The calculator shows how many are still missing.
Yes. Wooden and metal doors of rebuildable houses take a 3 dial or 4 dial combination lock or the digital code lock. A brick barricade closes the doorway instead and takes no lock.
Mostly. An undamaged part returns 80 % of each material, rounded down and at least one piece. Every damage stage costs another 20 %. Mortar is always lost and cleared rubble cannot be put back.
